Read for factual truth. Frustrated consumers patience expired.

In 2007, we spent $10,000 on high end priced appliances, including a refrigerator. The $4,500 Liebherr refrigerator was a lemon. After about 15 repeat service calls between 2007 and 2010, Warner Stellian reluctantly replaced the refrigerator with another Liebherr. That refrigerator is also a lemon, requiring numerous repeat service calls.

On 12/27/17, Warner serviced the refrigerator again. This time they put a 1 foot scratch in the hardwood floors that were refinished on 12/15/17 and failed to realign fridge flush, see photos. Consumer left message on 12/28/17. Warner simply chose to ignore the call.

Not only have consumers foregone revenue to accommodate upward of 25 repeat service calls, left with an overpriced lemon, but self-interested customer service lacks customary "customer is always right" mission. Caveat emptor: Proceed with caution conducting business with Warner Stellian.

Reason of review: overpriced product, poor service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Full payment to repair floor, compensate our time and refund cost & warranty.
